Coach Jacquie Ellis provides website features and other products and services when you visit or shop using JacquieEllis.com. By using the site you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on this site.

  1. SITE CONTENT AND INFORMATION. The site contains information, advice, text, and other materials that are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. You should be aware that, although not on purpose, the information might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  2. SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY. Jacquie Ellis reserves the right to make changes to the site and these Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time. Each time you use the site, you should visit and review the current Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use. If you are dissatisfied with the site, its content, or its Privacy Policy, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.
  3. YOUR ACCOUNT.
    • If you register on the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
    • Jacquie Ellis does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Jacquie Ellis reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Jacquie Ellis reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the site at any time without prior notice.
    • Jacquie Ellis does not knowingly collect information from children, including those less than thirteen years of age. If you are a child, do not submit any information to JacquieEllis.com. If a parent, guardian, or other concerned person becomes aware that we have collected information from a child, including one less than 13 years of age, please contact us promptly and we will take steps to delete and remove any such information.
  4. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE. As a condition of using the site, you agree that you will not use the site, or any of the content obtained from the site, for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law or prohibited by these Conditions of Use or to solicit or encourage the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Jacquie Ellis, its affiliates or other individuals. Furthermore, you may not, without limitation, copy, reproduce, distribute (including mirroring, data-mining, or data scraping), transmit, publicly display, upload, perform, publish, license, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise exploit the site or any content, information, products or services obtained from the site, for any commercial purpose or enterprise. If you violate any of these Conditions of Use, your permission to use the site automatically terminates. Please report any violations of these Conditions of Use to Jacquie Ellis’ site director at Admin.
  5. ERRORS ON THE SITES. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, JacquieEllis.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Jacquie Ellis will promptly refund the amount charged to your credit card.
  6. ORDER POLICY & SHIPPING. Pricing and promotions on JacquieEllis.com may vary from that of affiliated sites. Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Jacquie Ellis reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Jacquie Ellis reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability. All items purchased from Jacquie Ellis are sent by a third-party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with JacquieEllis.com’s Return Policy (see below).
  7. DISTRIBUTING USER CONTENT. Jacquie Ellis may allow users to the site to post reviews and comments (“Content”) on products featured on the site. By submitting such Content, you automatically agree and promise that all Content is accurate and original and that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of any fees, Jacquie Ellis and anyone Jacquie Ellis permits may reproduce, display, distribute and create new works of authorship in any media, based on and including the Content. Additionally, you grant Jacquie Ellis the right to use the name you submit in connection with such Content.
  8. LINKS TO OTHER SITES. Jacquie Ellis, any site or a third party may provide links to other websites. Jacquie Ellis exercises no control whatsoever over such other websites and web-based resources and is not responsible or liable for the availability thereof or the content, advertising, products, or other materials thereon. Jacquie Ellis shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or suffered by any user in connection therewith. Your access and use of linked websites, including information, material, products, and services therein, is solely at your own risk. The sites’ Privacy Policy is applicable only when you are on JacquieEllis.com. Once you choose to link to another website, you should read that website’s privacy statement before disclosing any personal information.
  9. NO ENDORSEMENT OF USER CONTENT. Users to the Sites are prohibited from posting through the site any harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, privacy invading, libelous, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful content of any kind or that infringes or may infringe on the intellectual or other rights of another. You acknowledge that Jacquie Ellis does not endorse or pre-screen content, but that Jacquie Ellis and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, move, or remove any content that is available via the site. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Content posted by you.
  10. APPLICABLE LAW. By using the site, you agree that the laws of your state, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Jacquie Ellis.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

  • We accept returns within 7 days upon confirmed delivery, if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • We require a digital picture to be emailed to Admin for each damaged, defective, or misprinted item being returned. The email must have a Return Request in the Subject title and the Order number must be listed in the email, along with specifics on the return request.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
  • Emailed instructions on how to return the item will be sent in response to approval.
  • Wrong addresses will result in the product returning to the manufacturer and will need to be addressed within 4 weeks of the notification of this return. Unclaimed packages are donated to charity and no refunds will be available. The customer must contact Admin to confirm the proper address, if an incorrect address was used, then the cost to re-ship the package will be charged to the customer.

NOTE: Returns to JacquieEllis.com may be asked to mail the returned item to the manufacturer prior to final approval.

REFUNDS

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Food products, sealed goods, face masks, undergarments, subscription box items, products with downloadable content, giveaways, including coaching packages or programs cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

APPAREL EXCHANGES

If you need a different size of an apparel item you ordered, please place an order for the new size and complete the Return process for the old size. Just pay the shipping to return the old item, then email  Admin with your new order number, and we will refund the shipping & any promotional price difference. Note there may be restrictions on specific item returns, please contact Admin prior to returning any items.

In the email, please include:

  • Your name
  • Original order #
  • New order #
Swimwear

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the nature of swimwear and the health and safety regulations related to it, swimwear returns or exchanges can only be made if the merchandise is unworn/unwashed and in its original condition with the hygienic liners intact.

How can I make a return?

To return an item, you must contact Admin by email prior to starting the return process.

How can I request a return?

  1. Photograph the damaged item within 5 days of receiving the package.
  2. Email Admin. The email must have a Return Request in the Subject title and the Order number must be listed in the email, along with specifics on the return request.
  3. After Reviewing, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to Seeking Simple Life.

Securely package the returned product within an outer box. We strongly suggest you use a shipment method that includes tracking.

Can I return something I received as a gift?

Yes if it is delivered damaged. However, you’ll need to contact us for assistance. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and postal code/zip code of the gift giver, we can get your return started.

Can I return something I bought but don’t want anymore?

We only accept returns on items that are delivered damaged, defective, or misprinted.

How long do returns take to process?

Return processing can take up to 2-6 weeks. If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact Admin for more information.

What do I do if my order is lost in transit?

If there is a delay in shipment, please contact Admin or the courier to follow up with the order. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

I live close to Jacquie Ellis. Can I return my purchase in person?

No sorry.

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Orders ship from international locations.
  • Some items may ship separately.
  • Some items can’t be shipped internationally; others can’t fly through the sky. See the page for the product you’re interested in for full details.

WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

  • In-stock orders normally ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipment lead times can vary.

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers).

Processing times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-5 business days, and might take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship it to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Most items sold through Jacquie Ellis will be shipped internationally, as we support a global market. Also note that International shipments are generally subject to Customs Fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.).

CUSTOMS FEES

  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We are not able to mark orders as “gifts.”
  • We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items which are included as a “gift with purchase.”
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

RESTRICTIONS

Items with shipping restrictions are noted on the product page. All shipping restrictions are for legal reasons, not under our control.

Your ship-to address must be the address of the person who will use the products in the order. Jacquie Ellis will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, or hotel.
