“Live Bigger”
These are the words of encouragement that come to mind when I look for Divine Guidance.
I resisted.
After massive healing, I received a Divine Message, “spiritual business”.
My response… “I don’t want a spiritual business”.
**Queue the laughter**
What if a spiritual business is about focusing on what lights you up, and helping others tune into what lights them up?
This is where “Live Bigger” comes in.
ROLE BACK TO A FEW YEARS AGO…
I had lost myself…I felt disconnected from something deep inside. I couldn’t explain it. I had no clue where to start to find this missing piece and I certainly didn’t expect to discover that there was more than one missing.
I mean, I was happy, but not satisfied.
There was a nagging feeling to do more, to be more.
I ignored it because I didn’t know what I was supposed to do or where to start. I didn’t understand that my subconscious brain, which was running my life then, said “Hell NO!” and resisted all the options that appeared because they all seemed scary.

a woman that hates labels but carries many – because people relate to them: wife, mother of three, Certified Mindset Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, Industrial Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, AND HYGGE LIFESTYLE LOVER.
So, I started small. I read an article here and attended a workshop there, and bit by bit I began to slow life down, reconnect with people I love, and enjoy the journey along the way. Implementing the Hygge Lifestyle was a great way for me to do this naturally.
But it wasn’t enough.
I needed to dig deeper but still didn’t know how to do that.
Ultimately, it was accepting that I needed to give myself the grace to stop pretending to be someone I’m not and love myself as I was now, knowing I desired more for my life. This ultimately gave me permission to explore myself.
I learned the hard way so you don't have to.
Oh, I resisted doing this because it meant excavating my old life to break free from the trauma, pain, and anxiety I had been living with for so long. Eventually, I discovered that when you bury things, they come back at you with a vengeance to be recognized and dealt with. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully comprehend, until my life burned down around me.
While my growth journey began more than 20 years at a slow pace. When my life burned down around me a few years ago, I was forced to choose: give up completely, or face everything and rise from those ashes.
My soul lit up in those moments and helped me find the determination to keep moving forward; to keep rising up out of the ashes.
It was a huge bonfire for releasing and cleansing everything that didn’t serve my purpose. I started with the surface stuff that was easily seen then worked my way deeper, and finally, I got through each root that was hidden deep within me; each root that had kept me stuck. The result? Massive transformation.
I can tell you with certainty that you can overcome whatever it is that is holding you back and fully be who you were created to be.

I will continue to shine my light and sing the song given to me until all of the hearts meant to hear it whisper back to me. If you are reading this, it isn’t by chance. If you are reading this and have been wondering what your song will be, you will find it too.
