How Not to Worry
Worry and anxiety land in the mental wellbeing spectrum, but many may justify worry as a blessing. There is a difference in vibration held within one’s well being and this article for how not to worry, is meant to help people notice the difference between a healthy version of honoring a relationship and one including worry within a habit.
Worry tends to be part of the ways of being for any parent, but it doesn’t need to be. There is a journey possible which will strengthen trust within the family unity and nurture this within each individual also.
Worry is a spirit of evil, and can be invited into one’s life if they aren’t taking note of the significant moments where the pathway became wider than they realized. The narrow pathway may not be so narrow along the way for different routines you walk in life. This is when you get to choose to breakdown what isn’t working and what may become easier without worry.
How Not to Worry
Worry can build connections into many different pillars of life, even if it begins within a career moment first, or at home in relation to a family member or a friendship. This depth turns into anxiety or depression depending upon how a person chooses to connect specific routines within their life to this habit. There are pathways one follows to get to these points, and they are healable. It is also best to consider the influence generational and past life energy has upon the routines carved out, where they hold worry in a depth of usage. If you don’t know what is held within those loving messages for growth and understanding, then your inner self may have worried. Getting stuck in this worry can happen, facing it is the beginning of the road worthy of walking also.
The Cyclical Reactions Deepening Worry
The first step within any how to is acknowledging a pattern. The cyclical reactions deepening worry is this pattern. If a person had one moment of worry and faced it via Guidance the worry bug or worry wort wouldn’t be present in their life. The worry bug is an irritant where some may push to the back of the mind, and this then presents itself as anxiety. The worry wort is an acknowledge worrisome habit but justified and the depth of this creates a cut within a connection to self, realizing into depression. They both integrate within whom a person becomes but the pathways are not straight. The interconnections for types and levels of depression or anxiety vary between 28 and 193 different connections on average.
There are signs in life where if we are wanting to love life, the growth opportunities are assisted through a Festival of Trumpets. The trumpets have different messages but the worry habit and how one responds to ensuring they aren’t living within a spirit of worry, is the key to transformation. You don’t want to steep in a tea of the spirit of evil ever. This deepens and shifts the wellbeing of life in various ways.
- The first trumpet often has stuck or avoided energy that hasn’t been healthy. The patterns burning up nourishing potential for growth translate to worry if you burned an opportunity. The ice cold reactions to life can be you avoiding or pushing the worry to the back of the mind. Essential creating an ice wall to the garbage dump of lower vibrational thoughts.
- The second trumpet has a rise up mountain journey and the weights of the worry got too difficult to make it any further. The mountain was pushed aside and the emotional depth became a home for the burning mountain.
- The third trumpet is one where bitterness was the pill swallowed when an experience concerning your worry pattern wounded your life.
- The fifth trumpet is one where those whom know value try to unknowingly or knowingly push the boundary within someone’s manifestation journey. This may include overstepping to influence another to pay attention to the details they are worried about. This is a personal reflection and may have an angular directional response to realizing abundance which was held within the true potential of the opportunity.
- The sixth trumpet is one where others may worry about another and unknowingly or knowing choose to influence a journey where loss of abundance becomes inherent in other patterns and habits. The cycle to try and pull them out often includes disempowerment, judgment, and chaos. Please note, when you influence another and your worry becomes their doubt abundance is lost.
- The seventh trumpet is one of a calling for you to help others rise up, if you worry about how to do this, because of a earth shattering response to a new belief or calling to rise up yourself then this may deepen into a cyclical pattern you’ll need to find a healthy solution for. For those in this the depth of understanding letting go, may have a coir rope opportunity for digging deeper.
When the resistance to a trumpet calling occurs or is missed the reactions within the habitual worry patterns become apparent as energy is projected outward. This is when the bowls of plagues are provided for our journey. It is, what I call, God’s oldest green earth initiative. It is Him, seeing the projected energy within the atmosphere creating discord in weather patterns, and the health of plants, animals, and society. He’ll gather the loose energy in the atmosphere and have an archangel deliver it back, with a loving request to try and find the Divine Action or Inspired Action to heal.

The Worry Plague
The worry plague is a cyclical reaction where there was a response to an experience or a confusion surrounding generational or past life energy. This could have a reaction within hate, detest, sadness, ugliness, painfulness, hostility, wounds, or irritability. When you react by pushing these reactions to the background it can create a worry, and feed worry also. The pushing to the back of the mind can project energy outward and they you’ll receive a first bowl to try and face what occurred. The loathsome sores in life may not be present on the skin nor visible. They can have a connection to cancer forming, mental illness, and emotional instability. They can also be the resistance held between relationships, as many may feel this projected energy land upon them or within them.
The worry wort extension of this first bowl type response within life (you may have not received a bowl in this moment of time or prior), where you choose to accept you are worried but act within the worry instead of choosing to be more aligned with an intrigued compassion with trust for another and yourself. The result is what you may notice within codependency relationships, or lost opportunities. The projected worry lands upon or within others, along with the other reactionary emotions such as: hate, detest, sadness, ugliness, painfulness, hostility, wounds, or irritability. Your negative responses to life may become an influencing factor to how another responds to life, including plants, animals, and weather patterns. We are living in living energy.
The timing for responding, and the directional choices to avoid this first bowl request may include projected energy having been pushed outward in avoidance or expressed purposely. This tends to generate a response from Heaven asking you to face the second bowl of your projected energy where you reacted to an experience where this resulted: strayed, lost, resistance within freedom, missed opportunity, expired goal, and succumbed.
These don’t have to be major infractions to your life, but the little ones can add up. For example, I faced this moment during this article where as I said goodbye to my daughter I noticed her drink on a side table I inherited from my Great Grandmother. I did notice the irritation moment, but didn’t say anything. I was Guided to find a coaster that I couldn’t find before and forgot to go back to as a potential solution. It is there now, so the strayed request of not using that table for the drink doesn’t need to hold a worry of mine or theirs, potentially.
Warnings or Signs of Habitual Carved Paths
Please consider the next steps after healing for the previous habitual worry patterns. When Guidance is rejected because the habitual carved paths were more comfortable, the rejection to Guidance could muddy the waters, and this is the third bowl. The fourth bowl is one where if you worry about a forged opportunity and react, then your pattern for desiring to carve out your own path may become more prevalent. For those receiving a calling for a fifth bowl, the worry energy can be strong and working through how to manage the pulls to old patterns may be a journey on its own.
There may be worry within the sixth bowl, as there was something done to impact another’s purpose and stripping their emotional connection to such. If you haven’t quite owned this bowl in response within life, the worry will be in response to your soul knowing you had a path more valuable for your individual journey, but rejected it within an unworthiness belief. If you are the victim of this situation, the worry felt for your feeling stuck and lethargic to a fulfillment once known is the projected energy within the sixth bowl. The seventh bowl is a reaction to a closed off, or cold hearted response to knowing what to do within a talent of yours when it comes to your purpose. This is generally “the weight of the world feels too heavy and I can’t do it any longer!”.
How not to worry is held within the empowerment of knowing the moments you tend to feed worry or choose to use it. The pathways in life of what became hold the answers and trusting in the healing potential will help you know you can rise up and not be within a worrisome state. The knowledge of worry is where you want to have within your life, and choosing to shift this pattern via a growth journey towards intrigued compassion within trust, is the healthy option for your wellbeing.
