There is no competition when expressing your love to a chosen love that chose you also. It just is love. The way you express yourself in movement, in language through movement, and being able to see yourself and your other is romance. When you muddy this up with trying to be someone else or trying to compete with a version of love language which isn’t pure within the love you chose, the foundations within your home get shaky.

People grow within a relationship and love grows also. Before expecting what may be within this article, explore timing within trying to express your love. Is it stepping into a version of expressing your love in uncomfortable ways, trying to rush whom you think you need to be?

When you are standing in front of someone you respect and love, whether that is a friendship, mentor, peer, child, or your chosen love there is beauty in how you receive them expressing love in knowing you; getting you within any moment. When I sit with this, I am in a simple silence of comfort. It is a moment in time, where the spirit within a person just knows acceptance.

Expressing your love to anyone in life doesn’t need to be flowers, and grand gestures. It is being you and being willing to show whom you are.

There are people seeking love in ways that they are told needs to be. However, the Love that is within a person is infinite if they choose to know it. The distraction of seeking a list-filled version of what needs to be is a common painting in print but is this the formulation that nourishes whom you are?

The following is inspired by the Song of Solomon 5:10-16. It is written from the viewpoint of a bride looking upon her groom. Please allow me to show you a version that fits value and worth in expressing your love for your chosen, no matter what gender you.

There is purity in how a chosen love brings forth their knowingness of your value and worth, in how you express your feelings about the life you are building with them.

Through the ten thousand ways life may go, your chosen is there holding your hand as they help lead the way for you to be with them.

The gold within your dreams together, are such that there is balance in trusting the messages received for valuing life itself.

Trusting the visions of what may become are seen through a love of creation of what may be, and the words of love expressed are done within the melodies of Love.

May every breath you notice within your being know the value and worth of the life you are creating together.

Express your love by noticing them seeking inspiration through Wisdom and direction, through every mountain they climb in life and for the life you have together.

The peace within their eyes comes when there is flow within the structures of your life, moving together with purpose in timing for what may become.

The movement within that which you create together has the power to nourish life, supporting your expression of abundance and enhancing your sense of loving the life, you are designing together.

Their pure passion expressed within their love for your life together, has you know you can let go of all uncertainty for what may become.

As they reach for your hand, you know you are worthy of creating this life with them.

They way you connect within every sensual form of being, reflects and expresses the love you have for them.

The purity and balance designed with every tranquil intention, of your love for your chosen, is there within every moment of receiving and expressing worthiness.

There is safety with every expression of love, knowing the truth, wisdom, clarity, and abundance that flows within the depth of love you have for each other.

The life you are creating together is has value within every step you take together, knowing there is worthiness within the potential transformation your life together brings for each of you.

The strength, and softness of your love for your life together, honors the privacy of your vulnerability within the sacred strength of the bond you share with each other.

The innocence and sweetness of every movement within the breath of life you create with your chosen love, builds your loving identity.

The beauty of expressing your love in this way is knowing this is your beloved and your friend.
