Rising Up during Challenges in Life

Sharing is caring!

The challenges of life, challenges in life, vary for everyone but one thing is common: they are difficult and can hurt. Rising up during challenges in life may happen right away for some, but not all can find it in them to do this.

This is okay.

People process what they can, when they can.

You are Loved through it all, even if you can’t receive the Love from within.

Home and life may not be smooth sailing for everyone. In fact, it may get more bumpy than we like and the struggle is real. I know from experience that people don’t always know what to do, how to get through things, and how to honor another during all of this.

This is where we learn if we can find it in us. This is where we strive to let go and forgive ourselves and others for not knowing how to move through things in the timing we would have liked.

Rising Up during Challenges in Life

I’ve talked about some of my challenges in life on this blog. One that I struggled with was trying not to repeat family patterns as a mother. How not to lose your sh$t became a moment of abundance in knowledge when I had a NE2RDOUT moment. I noticed my emotional responses and didn’t want to continue being in that anger space. I received an inspiration along with comfort in knowing I could shift my mother experience and be better for my kids and my family as a unit.

In those moments and many afterwards, I was guided to: face my emotional responses, look at beliefs about how I felt about my childhood, what emotional connections I held for events, and what I dreamed for our family. I was nudged to have deeper conversations with my husband about what I needed as a mother, and how I wanted life to feel like for us.

All of these directional moments that happened afterwards, began with a single confused look from one of my children.

A look that I didn’t miss.

A look that I broke my heart in an instance.

I didn’t just want to do better, I needed to do better. I needed to find a way to face as much as possible and break the generational patterns I was knee deep in. At least that is what I felt like in those moments.

Rising up during challenges in life isn’t easy; it takes determination to have the courage to do it.

The good news is when you feel broken and just know you have to do it, the determination and courage you can lean into is far more Powerful. I didn’t know then, but in those moments, I leaned into Unconditional Love and Unconditional Light because I had nothing else around me to get me on my feet. My kids needed me and I needed me to find a way.

The Lord promises straighter paths and less confusion if we lean into His determined heart.

Face What You Can

Rising up during the challenges in life starts with facing what you can. It takes spunk and this is not just a girl thing! Spunk is courage and gumption packaged together to help you through anything. If you are feeling resourceful via the supportive energy naturally flowing through you and having the courage to keep going, then nothing can stop you from rising up.

Face what you can. Recognize the emotional nudges, the triggers, and the looks from those you love. Notice and face what you can, choosing to look within and rise up to the challenge of being the change for your life. When you do this, you are working through the big stuff and little stuff that help clear the way to achieving your dreams and creating a life you love.

There comes a moment during this journey where you may be looking for a message about how you are doing. I did. I thought the tsunami was coming for me, when I felt the pressure of what I had stepped into as a journey. When I went within I was shown a surfer on top a wave. I wasn’t in front of the wave, I was in flow upon it. Trust the journey you are on, and ask how to find balance if finding your feet is difficult. When you do, you will find a solution to help you move forward once again.
