Soup of the Day for June 6, 2026

Today’s soup of the day, I began wondering about yesterday morning as I sat to explore how to help people. The article I wrote about parenting lessons before spankings is where I landed for writing, other than exploring within research. The fifth bowl arrived for me yesterday morning and instead of crashing in pile of tears and my own hate, I landed along the road in timing. The resistance to me writing to help a few out was large and respected, so working in flow with what was helped a few settle.

The day wasn’t fully smooth, as some of energy within these bowls may be working through energy where there is a battle between trust in me, and uncomfortable knowing I’m now called to help for something they couldn’t figure out prior. The timing is because you didn’t know, and you didn’t think to know because you’ve held a habit for years. For this bowl, whether you know of my work or not, could range from 2 years to 38 years now.

For some, this energy was with you when you were born, from an unforgiven generational root or past life root . Breathe, this is where I have been trained to help many find what has been “pissing them off” and causing strife, so they can live with more ease and peaceful existence. Loving to live life is what the Lord wants for us, and to do this our flow within the seasons of life and timing to do so needs to have less lower vibrational energy and more love for life.

Please remember not to gossip. These are manifestations being honored, as people needed to receive the messages in a way they could visionally understand how to break free of patterns they’ve held. The gossip pickle is real and may be part of the fifth bowl for some, so please sit with this before you dive in completely.

Soup of the Day for June 6, 2026

Today’s soup of the day includes a few bowls that became from projected frustrations. The habits and patterns within those I’m called to help relate to:

a first bowl, where there is somewhat of an inner battle being projected outwardly in various ways
a second bowl, where there is a lost knowingness of value and worth within an abundance journey and you reacted
a third bowl, where there is a resistance to Guidance from a saint or prophet and the need to include a value and worth message for the person becomes a path
a fourth bowl, is a resistance to a purpose fulfilling fire where the shadows and comfort in knowing you can forge new potentials was resisted
a sixth bowl, is a frustration where a purpose or way of living which honors creation is not seen for various reasons
a seventh bowl, is an earthshaking moment, where a belief needed to be uplifted and the natural ability to do so, you unknowingly reacted to

The opposing sides of the family is not where the battle is, as the conflicting generational is from within your maternal side of the family.
To the one conflicted between a favorite oatmeal or chocolate chip, the conflicting messages are actually held within a belief where you thought you were similar in gender and lifestyle over many lives, when the gender and lifestyle may have varied. To one playing the celebrity angle, hiding parts of yourself isn’t something you are comfortable doing. The uncomfortable of doing so has built up and created more frozen moments than what is healthy for your life and your future. Allow life to become more fluid within the relationships you adore.

To one whom laughs at the wheat messages coming to mind, when they are gluten resistant. The resistance is not to gluten, but from a collision of energy and patterns in response to such. There are 3 past lives where you experienced expectations to provide more for the family lineage. In these lives your purpose was asked of you not to follow, so earning could be accomplished. In this life you vowed before conception to try and accomplish what you could not bring yourself to do in those lives. To the mother whom abhors the word “cunt”, you have 3 rooted energies: one from this life where you knew someone trashed and destroyed by being called such, another from a former life where you were raped and those around you weren’t kind afterwards, and finally there is a family ancestral healing being asked of you where you are being asked to forgive an ancestor 16 generations ago who raped the one they loved in a moment where she told him her family wouldn’t allow the engagement. This was never forgiven, at the time, and you were born with this energy along with many generations between.
To the one stressed about a project deadline, the abundance limited from slipped timelines frustrates you. The messages about wine was drinkable but didn’t land for knowledge. There is ancient knowledge within you which slips away when you certain moments feel right to explore frustration, but then a redirect moves you into a different direction. You have 12 lives where battles warred around you, and the knowing of specific regions around the world on the news can darken this within you. You forgave all past lives, but there are 2 generational roots you were born with, where current family hadn’t completely been able to work through the patterns created from unforgiveness. These generational roots have one stemming from a war in biblical times, and the other is from many divorced family moments both where they stayed married but divorced parts of themselves to do so, and others battled and divorced.
To one successful doctor, your pain felt within your heart regarding those within abusive marriages is one stemming from a past life where you were beaten and killed in front of your children. This was from 4 lives ago and was never forgiven. In other lives you struggled wanting children also. There are 13 habits where you manage reactions trying to be strong and thrive in life. This is the moment to try and accept a healing opportunity to begin healing from energy which is 1123 years old.
To one considering suicide but knowing there is hope still if you can grab onto it, the darkness you struggle with is held within a dark alley from the year 695, where you were robbed. As a child you tried to work through this but moments of dark coloring was stopped and you couldn’t heal completely. The nightmares haunted your 4 year old self and you stopped dreaming. You deserve all the abundance you can step into, but you need to heal so you aren’t blocking your dreams any longer.
To the kind elderly man whom drives meals to those in need, the frustrations you have experienced are ones stemming from 1169 years ago. In this rooted energy, your ancestor had a fight with a neighboring wife, and anger stemming from reactions to 3 past lives and 2 generational roots colliding within him rose up and he killed her by accident. He turned to walk away and she desperately hung on him wanting food for their family. They were making it through but the crops were late and he worried about his 5 children and wife not having enough. He pushed her away in anger and she fell and hit her head upon a rock. He lived with guilt, and didn’t forgive until many lives after. The ancestors hold this memory in burdens, unknowingly. You are being asked to forgive that which you couldn’t reach but were clearly trying to.
To the loving father trying to navigate life with a couple of teenage boys. You see parts of you in them and love that part of the journey. The other parts which confuse you, where you find yourself pushing your reaction to the back need to be faced so life can be enjoyed in these years. For one child, their passion in life is similar to another life of yours where you were told not to pursue this adventure. It was purposeful and you lacked passion within that life you lived. For the other, you were married to the same chosen love in that other life, and she was told something similar for her life then, by family of hers. This is the passion you have been seeing blossom in your other child.
To one exploring the loss of a wife, whom you loved dearly. Saying goodbye in the way you may have wanted to, is weighing heavy upon you. While family loves the connections you have been nurturing, you are being asked to do what you need to do to honor your journey with your new love so you can live long and prosper. If this is a goodbye to that period in time, then do what you need to, so you can celebrate whom you became with her. This will help you honor whom you’ve become with your new love.
