Facing Generational Energy with Love

Facing generational energy with love is not just about breaking free of old patterns not working for how you want to be, but about delving into the message for a lesson worthy of knowing. The past energy whether it is yours or someone within your family lineage has lessons and other treasures you don’t want to miss out on. If you are triggered right now just reading this, you may have not understood something in relation to this energy and now is the time to have grace and compassion for your life.

Most of the time when people talk about generational energy they are looking at habits and patterns from within the knowingness of the family or people of influence that may have been lower vibrational. This includes worry or anxiety feeding patterns, gossip, crossing boundaries to “be a do gooder”, judgmental patterns, closing off to protect oneself, depleting own health and wellbeing trying to do everything for everyone, and more.

Facing generational energy with love is trusting a journey of understanding so you can delve into a higher purpose for your life. The purpose is completely aligned with pathways your heart knows is healthy, you just didn’t quite understand the twist in the plot for your journey.

Facing Generational Energy with Love

The plot twist for your life when it relates to triggers surrounding past energy is one that can create patterns you know are unhealthy but don’t know what to do without alienating others or blowing up your life. You don’t have to do either. The only caveat is when you are on this journey know others may begin to see you in a different way and may get uncomfortable. Valuing this for yourself and trusting if they need space or you do, it will be okay.

Facing generational energy with love is looking at the pattern within your life you know doesn’t exactly fit any longer. Then explore what the root of such may be. It may be a trauma or belief from an ancestor that didn’t know any different when it came to their life, and the patterns of energy within the family since in relation to their own past life energy may have made some interesting challenges to get through.

This energy is whom you are right now, but if you are wanting to delve into it you will find other great aspects of positive energy waiting for you to know so other life goals are possible. Generally the ick in life energy are the barriers we keep within us, and looking outside of ourselves for an answer is often a misdirect.

If you are new at trying to get to the root, do not get frustrated with yourself. It generally takes about 3-5 “why’s” for someone to find the significance at the root of an energy. This is because they are looking at the surface of what happened or what they believe is, and don’t expect that a 9 generational energy relating to a past live of an ancestor they had 25 lives prior impacted their belief in that life about how they could earn money doing what they believed was a passion for themselves.

This is the type of plot twist that most don’t consider within themselves. If you discovered the root energy within you and helped know what it was and the value within that knowledge would you allow the forgiveness to happen and the empowerment of the healing to build up your confidence to learn more about yourself?

Root Patterns

Impoverished versions of love or light in our life can connect in ways most don’t expect. The patterns of what becomes is a pathway you developed along the way. For example, an impoverished light is one where an assumption of what you know, just is. There is nothing more to know, BUT there is always an upgrade to a belief or a way of becoming within your life. We are designed to learn, expand and grow.

The bills adding up, is a worry and facing it helps. The trigger for that pattern is often not attended to so to break free even more. Going deeper, one may find an impoverished love moment relating to not being able to find an item at the store because they changed the design location or the stock variation changed. Then the brain may have you find another moment of going to an event that you weren’t exactly aligned with going to but felt it was necessary. Finally another pattern of avoidance because of the avoiding the misaligned “yes” to an event may have you explore a pattern relating to what the family does do.

This feels like the root, and some may have difficulty forgiving a pattern that fits a family way of being. The root though in this case is something deeper in the history being held onto within you. This has either a chance to help yourself break free of the surface patterns and deeper connections also, without a battle within and pattern of pushing anything aside, or a chance to explore something cool about history within you that may have fit you unknowingly.

The something cool about history within you, is one that may have a person concerned. The dynamic of energy within can be a drive for a person to need to align within a purpose and passion for life. If something within the ancestral history happened whereby there was a perceived failure, then family dynamics may be difficult and you may be considered the “black sheep”. Their worry for you becomes the loving gesture, but they are bouncing off the generational energy they don’t understand also.

Something to Consider

Energy when misunderstood, can become barriers and veils that block or skew perceptions. When this builds over time, it can be challenging to work through in an expedited fashion. Guidance is always there trying to support your journey, but sometimes an extra bit of help from those called to help you is a fit to help you do this with your feet under you knowing you are supported in other ways.
