In this first module, I’ll show you the basics of Hygge and break it down into simple concepts that show the benefits this lifestyle has for your wellbeing and your relationships.

Module 2, The Basics of Hygge:

This module is where we’ll go over the guiding principles that make it easy to integrate Hygge into your life without completely redesigning your life. This is really my secret weapon because I use the feelings Hygge provides to help guide you to create a life you will love.

Module 3, The Value of COMFORT in YOUR Life:

In this module, we dive into how comfort is more than just a fuzzy blanket and really allows you to get to know yourself…all while discovering that comfort helps but often the uncomfortable is the helpful tool you need to adjust life in the right direction.

Module 4, Creating CALM in YOUR Life:

This module looks at many ways you can calm both the inner storm and the chaos of life by using Hygge. Hygge isn’t just about candles and nature, but those things help you on the road to discovering what you need to calm life in a way that deepens the connections in your life.

Module 5, Deepening CONNECTIONS in YOUR Life:

In this module, we dive into not only your relationships with others but also your relationship with yourself. We discover ways to be more mindful of what you need while showing those you love that you value them and yourself.

Module 6, Flexing YOUR Hygge Life for life’s changes:

Then by module 6, you’ll be ready to create a life you love with the confidence to know you don’t need to turn life upside down to make it possible. Life changes and things happen but your foundational knowledge of Hygge will help you focus on what matters most to you and still live the life you will love.
