Noticing the emotions can be difficult, and easy at the same time. If you are expressing what you are feeling you know that emotion, you just may not realize what soup of the day, your soul or spirit within is trying to tell you to help you know the Truth. This is where I come in. You made a conscious choice and a soul one, to help Earth survive. The projected energy of your past is often within a bowl personally designed to help you know what was lost. The trumpets that are within this fifth bowl I was given are signals to you deepening shadows are happening and your health is worthy of knowing a direction.

This soup of the day, includes a few: first trumpets, second trumpets, third trumpets, fourth trumpets, fifth trumpets, and sixth trumpets.

Aspects of what is within these energies are provided for direction. No names are given, but enough for the person to personally know will be included. No gossip is allowed, because gossip feeds a shadowed aspect of whom you are and isn’t healthy. If you fall into this pattern it can feed an addiction to disharmony within your life.

Soup of the Day for May 7th, 2026

The nourishment within this soup of the day bowl are lost aspects of what is at the root of some of the discord within a personal life. It may include a connection to barriers you have felt or frustrations around misdirects but if you lean into trusting yourself in getting help with your individual journey, you will walk forward with more love and empowerment for your life.

• To the one whom feels frustrated surface energies aren’t as easy to meander through. The depth of discovery of what you may be seeking is held within your journey of 3 roots: the first you discovered 3 years ago and began knowing and is generational, the other two past lives are fairly new to the aspect of discovery you are growing into. These were hidden or felt hidden due to what you were going through and it was difficult to step forward at the time.
• To the one feeling guilty surrounding the weights of the world felt. There are many aspects of what you have endured misunderstood and disconnected from also. It is a journey to try and figure out what may be done, but the body and brain need to survive and within the world depths swimming in the waters feels like a person is drowning. The energy you seek is an energy trail within your personal self, not your professional version. There are 5 new lives to explore of your past to help you feel more confident in the journey forward. The missing will heal as you allow the journey to flow with more ease.
