New Moon Energy Insight May 16-22, 2026

The new moon is a new beginning cycle for the month ahead. It is an open invitation to exploring your heart-centered goals or life goals intentionally if you choose to look at it in this way. The old testament of the Bible confirms the new moon was intended to celebrate with a festival. What that may look like from those times is within personal perspectives, however there is one commonality. The sacrifice within those moments was to honor with intention.

Sacrifice is exploring what doesn’t fit for your life and choosing to honor giving it up knowing there is something more heart-centered ready for a potential opportunity. The days of old would sacrifice livestock with specific intentions and then gather to enjoy the burnt offerings as a fellowship after time exploring their sins or misaligned beliefs ready to be uplifted within an aspect of growth.

The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, but the Lord tests the hearts. Proverbs 17:3

This exploration for an energy insight is for the New Moon week of May 16-22, 2026. I’ll be identifying manifestation potential opportunities to help the journey forward for a few. Please honor this as a moment to help raise the vibrations around the world through an individual choice in growth or healing. New Moon Energy Insight May 16-22, 2026

There are 6 pillars of life: career, relationships, health, quality of life, personal growth, and spiritual journey. What this looks like for each individual person is dependent upon aspects of their life where they lean upon for balance, and ones they see as potential for change. Whom you were in the past, may have defined whom you are, but it whom you choose to become may not hold aspects of yourself you thought you needed before.

There is inherent aspects to stepping into a forging energy for the precious metals God provides for us. Some are held within what may look or feel like lost opportunities, while others may be new aspects of growth you were given as you desired to stretch into that part of your journey. For many within this new moon of May 2026, the commitment to step into helping Earth heal is held within them in their own growth journey, this is part of the gold within your giving back. As you step forward your heartfelt moments will continue to grow and more opportunities will unfold. The silver moments are held within your knowingness of value and worth in various aspects. There are over 59 different aspects of such, applicable within this new moon journey for May 2026. Each that fit any individual are available within Divine Timing.

Career

Career is your chosen life’s work or training that has meaning to you, whether there is monetary compensation or not.

There is someone close to a breakthrough in a spring season, with regards to a formally believed hobby translating into more. There is mistrust or doubt in what this could do for you and how to include it in your life moving forward, without too much disruption. You know what the balance within your heart means and how the flow in life matters to you. Trust in the learning process about whom you are and know the flow of the experience is the beauty of the journey.
There is judgment coming for someone unknowing but the battle is somewhat known as the journey within business hasn’t been easy. Forgiveness is the path. There is also another path you may want to explore. This door of opportunity is within a former life where you had knowledge such as what you know now, but shifted the business then into a more aligned way of living and found a higher version of success within the perspectives you held then.
There is another in a similar situation as another, whereby the battle in business hasn’t been easy. The judgment felt coming in can be uplifted through a forgiveness and the pathways of possibilities will be easier to know. There is a door of opportunity you began exploring but timing was manipulated by this judgment energy within you by another. The door holds 3 potential paths of exploration whereby you can explore upgrades to life in different ways. Some are beliefs but much is held within ancient knowledge within you, where you are capable of applying to this life. A generational energy can disturb your inner peace and may have knowing about a curse coming in from another. Please breathe and forgive, and explore how to forgive an ancestor from 52 generations ago not knowing how to survive a trauma and holding onto pain in their last moments.
There is a pattern on the field that catches your attention with a few others. You can’t say much but it is under the skin. This is the training you had from another life you learned as a child. They either didn’t have this or the knowledge they have from another life is different than yours. There is value within this information, what you do with it is held with 3 doors of opportunities in your future.
Architecture is within the value and worth messages in your blood. It may not look like it, but the passion for it grew in aspects in this life from 12 lives prior. Your breadth of knowledge of different creative design genres is broad. Trust in the creative energy flowing through your veins and you will find the breakthrough you are seeking. Abstract art is life, when you color in the lines you aren’t always being true to what you can accomplish.

Relationships

Relationships include any personal connection: spouse, partner, children, extended family, friendships, mentors, and peers.

Peers in life reflect aspects of characteristics that can be intriguing to learn about another, but also can irritate. Sometimes it begins with the former and lands in the latter. The spirit within gets excited about the connection to what you are to learn within the characteristic, because there is an aspect within an opportunity held within a former life you had, where it was part of whom you are. When you focus upon the other for that aspect, the irritation is a saddened spirit within you feeling like you aren’t valuing that part of whom you can become.
Loving extended family, especially large ones is heart-centered. The challenges that may be known but difficult to express is also felt and may have moved outward in projection without anyone realizing why. The desire to honor aspects of their journey, but feeling the obligation to be part of the family moments while torn, tears on the spirit within a imbalance of life goals. Perceptions within grace and compassion will help ease the dynamic flow within family as the projection sent, may not have been how it was received, due to their own held challenges in life.
Children learning the dynamic of being within a group is an opportunity of knowing there are differences in beliefs and emotional connections. They may see aspects of a future self within another, and lean into it in curiosity. As a parent, you may have concerns based upon a perception of the child. Facing this, and seeking to know the aspect to help your child embrace their inner self in knowing the potential opportunity in growth is the way forward, within guidance for you and trusting the Lord is there for your child to know and see that within them also.

Health

Health includes all aspects of your wellbeing: physical, mental, and emotional.

The allergy to corn is a surprise to you as it had been a staple in diet for many years. The shift within your body chemistry is not the food, nor within the agriculture industry. There is a growth opportunity within your career potential, where an aspect of knowledge from 36 lives ago would help improve the relative aim for the goal you’ve been trying to improve upon. The frustration built in not being able to reach for this but knowing it may have been within you, sucked the passion out of life enough the allergy grew.
The headaches that appear to be weather related are not. The pressure in the atmosphere perceived within a belief, has a connection to a pattern of pressure when you get close to a breakthrough moment, but then back away in a distraction where you feel it is more important to address. This is common for parents whom do this for their children. They put others ahead of themselves, but this goal within your spirit is not known to you. It is a soul experience your soul is excited for you to know about in learning more about yourself and what’s may become as you grow into more of whom you were over 34 lives you’ve had before.
The headaches from a hormone imbalance is from an imbalance within you. There is ancient knowledge within you where you had three lives knowing how the food can help within personal growth as well as nourishing the body. The breakthroughs you helped many with in those lives and not necessarily seeing what was possible for this life, is the headache within your inner spirit.
The family dynamic in the home, and the emotional chaos that becomes is difficult to move through because of the pathway of unclarity of what became. You have a passion growing in you to lean into a former life where you honed a craft of making cheese. This craftmanship grew over 12 lives prior to this one where you earned and was known for your unique formations and blends of cheese products. The opportunity for you going forward is yours to sit with, in any aspect of discovering.
There is a boundary you have in leaning into guidance and breathing new life into your life. This is healthy, well done. The timing of doing so is the aspect of of growth to help with the weak ankles. The body may feel you are holding your breath in not knowing the direction, and fine tuning this trust journey in seeking a deeper knowledge within you is the significance. The sesamoid bone is lifting unknowingly to signify to there is a timing in trust for guidance needed to be accepted, this angular turn in the foot impacts the ankle. There are four people with this timing in growth potential.
- there are people born into family lineages designed to help bring a breakthrough in a generational pattern, you are one of them. The business burning within a healthy passion and purpose within you, is one you have flowing naturally within your veins. You were designed to follow the path, many may be unsure about and the fear you feel is theirs and yours from generational energy stemming from 18, 31, and 94 generations past. Grace and compassion for yourself and others is needed for your own health and theirs please.
- The timing of a step and the worry or distraction moment fits for a pattern when it comes to an ankle flop. The dynamic of energy within a family can bring up concerns and feed a worry if you energetically pick up projections unknowingly or knowingly. The trust in the guidance to gracefully move through the event is held within you, trust you will be able to flow through this with more ease, and going in without expectations of what may become is also part of this journey.
- The desire to wear different footwear is known and felt within the Lord’s heart. Your weak ankles needing support is the known, but the pattern of holding your breath stemming from an avoided creative aspect of your journey is not. The generational journey of what was in expectation became, but there is an aspect of whom you became over 37 lifetimes burning a purposeful forging fire within you. This ancient knowledge holds five doors of opportunity you get to explore how they may fit your current life, within an expansion.
- watching the news and knowing the harmful aspects of society in parts of the world, hits your heart. Please take care of the emotional burdens you carry. Trust the Lord will be there to help those struggling. Breathe and try to pay close attention to moments you hold your breath. The pattern for doing so stems from a timing adjustment where you felt necessary growing up to make it through several moments in pain. The timing with you as a child, was the Lord, but the perception of another in response was through distorted moments of their own beliefs about life and themselves. The burdens and ways of being became for you, but don’t need to be.

Quality of Life

Quality of Life relates to how you desire life to feel, your expectations, and the financial standards within this design for your life.

The Lord guides every child in a desire to teach them to trust in Divine Timing and to trust themselves in life. I wrote about this in, Seeing the Divine Timing in a Child’s Life. As adults we have lived life along many different roads or pathways. Some through hardship or misalignment. God is there in behind the darkened energy of burdens, empowering us to get better at narrowing the alignment into our goals in life. Knowing life adjusted the perceptions within what was nurturing-ly possible for an abundant moment is a journey of trust for oneself.

The free will choice of taking control of an experience and not seeing the potential held within a moment in time, generate an impoverishment. The future potential made possible for a memory or what may be a growth opportunity unknowingly, is held within the nurturing abundance God knows is within the fields of our future. Many don’t realize the significance held within many experiences and if you are wanting to improve the timing within any aspect of growth in life, trust in this Trust journey is the way.

The journey through cancer is a battle and the mindset is more than half of this. The battle for you began 3 lifetimes ago, and you were called to breakthrough this aspect of this journey in this life. Fear within aspects of life build between you and another, due to the relationship hardships from lives prior and within some of what you both shared together. Breaking free of these patterns in life is the journey, so the frustration within the designed expectations of what abundance could be holds a different version of love for life.
The burning desire of a business is within you, however there is an allergy that became within you when you were 9 years old, stemming from 4 generational energies and 1 past life where they are misdirected slightly from a teacher moment. You observed the teacher with a classmate and the trigger that occurred built a wall within you. The forging furnace within your soul wants to melt the ice wall, but your angle of attack trying to get there was forged by many different habits you get to explore through healing.
The desire for a new home design is burning a forging idea within you. You keep looking at different aspects of architecture and can’t seem to land on what may work for you and your family. The significance is held within the past life of someone in your home where they have a depth of knowledge designed within their blood. The value and worth messages are inherent from many lifetimes and learning to trust in themselves and them is the flow within the quality of life your family dreams can walk upon.

Personal Growth

Personal Growth includes your growth opportunities where you are exploring and learning to stretch yourself towards the goals that matter to you.

Grace and compassion for what became is ALWAYS inherent in any path, if you didn’t know, you didn’t know. If you couldn’t figure out how or why, the significance was missed somehow. It happens. The trust in each baby step possible and being able to trust in the timing in the present moment is the muscle memory building. Breathe.

You have a way of being many trust. The journey you are embarking upon is one held within new ancient knowledge the Lord knew you were ready to expand into. The aspects of whom you became were just the beginning of whom you may become. There are six different doors of opportunities for expanding and molding this aspect of whom you were in other lifetimes into this lifetime.
There is a branch of opportunity you have bounced away from, 5 times now. What you know about yourself is true to form, in how you have been, but it isn’t true to form with whom you have been. There are 45 lives you’ve had where the experiences you bounced from where inherent in whom you were in those lives. In this life you enjoyed a variation of what was possible, but there is a magnified abundance in potential brewing where your soul felt you were ready to explore, you just didn’t realize the potential held within whom you are at that level of being.
There is a book within you burning within a forging fire; one you started when you were 7 years old. This book was also one you attempted over 11 lifetimes but there were aspects of whom you were and aspects you saw within those around you that didn’t fit the depth of knowledge your soul knew as possible. There is ancient knowledge within you ready to be uplifted into a conscious knowingness if you are ready to see the door you’ve hidden within the fear and doubt you pushed through but held onto.
There is fear within you forged from many family having what looks like a genetic tendency of cancer. The pathway you set upon was forged through this fear. You have 25 lifetimes within you aligned within the medical field in various aspects of being and becoming. The pathway in a discipline may be a struggle due to the forged way of desire and the allergies now inherent within you are due to the slight misdirect within the goal target you are experiencing. There are 3 doors of opportunities whereby you get to explore what fits for your life in various ways.

Spiritual Journey

Spiritual Journey is your connection to yourself, your soul, and how you feel guided along the journey you are on.

There is a desperation energy impeding spiritual journeys around the world, one out of a need for more ministry and believers. The prayers are not, but the judgment of expectation is. Forgiveness for what may be perceived as a singular path to connect within a soul journey is the way forward.

The career within you and what has been within your life is the soul aligned path your spirit desired for this life. The layoff that occurred is not a sign you were meant to leave whom you became over 39 lifetimes. The Lord nurtured this aspect of whom you are at a soul level, trust in the journey and the expertise you honed over those lifetimes also.
There are three biblical verses where you are led to about every 4 years on average. This began when you were 6 years old. The depth of ancient knowledge that will enhance the messages surrounding these verses is held within you. The breakthrough to help you nourish your following within a living waters is there when you believe.
What you seek for information is held within 4 lifetimes of yours. The ways of being in interactions of those lives hold lessons and moments of salvation you are seeking to be aware of. The lost moments aren’t lost on all, and a few may be secretly waiting for an awareness within you to become uplifted in Wisdom and Understanding.
The love language you seek is not one you find in the book store, but there is forged aspects of knowledge within you from your own lifetimes. You can draw of them in knowingness if you allow yourself to follow a mountain journey within a value aspect of growth. This is of a personal nature for a door of opportunity relating to a volunteer aspect of your future.
There are children born into a family within a purpose, in part, to help break generational energy of impoverished beliefs that became. In some of these cases, the child, may be a new addition to a desired dynamic that became, in your aspects of a family, over 71 lifetimes. The new addition is of not, but is within the full aspect of what is. The child is not a black sheep, but does fit the family in various ways over many lifetimes within each individual’s journey within the home. How this child knows themselves is important, and trusting the journey God is nurturing within all is necessary to help many within many nations going forward.

The new moon energy is heart-centered and when one commits to being more heart-centered there is a desire to know the shadows and the shadow aspects within yourself. Trusting in the guidance and the timing of such is key to walking this path, especially during a new moon. There is value and worth, but know the distance you may feel within is similar to a child wanting to walk on their own, or leaving the nest to explore. The Lord will allow the adventure within a dwelling, like the basket of figs, but you are never lost even if you feel that way.

The lost we see as lost is one lost in a wilderness, if you change the perspective from above the knowingness of the Lord for how the person is and where they are is known to the Lord. The free will reactions to the energy of what life became is the wilderness journey that became for each individual journey. How this is for a rock path or road of righteousness is the nurturing abundance for the Lord and the individual also.
